Default pdf generation settings for users in my organization

Q: How do i create default pdf generation settings for all users in my organization?|
A: Click on windows 'start' menu and select 'Printer and Faxes', from the dialog select expert pdf printer and right click, select 'printing preferences' from the popup menu.
When the printer preferences dialog appears select a printer setting/profile from the list and click on the edit button, create a new profile and save back or on a different name.
Open windows explorer and locate the folder named
c:\document and settings\all users\application data\expert pdf\
the folder contains all printing profiles, locate the one of your interest (extention .settings) and rename it to 'default.xml'
Then after expert pdf will use default.xml when generating pdf documents overriding user settings with non null values of the default.xml printing profile.
