Order status - Order Information

SYMPTOMS
I placed an order for product XXXXXXX I have not receive an email confirmation or any other contact from your company.

CAUSE
After posting an order an e-mail is send from our servers with order details and registration information, if you have never received an e-mail confirmation regarding your order then most propably you have supplied our system with wrong e-mail address or your mail servers failed to deliver our e-mail to your mail box.

RESOLUTION
To modify/verify your e-mail address please login to our system from http://www.visagesoft.com/register/ and click on the 'Modify profile' link for veryfing/modyfing your e-mail address.

For finding your order and registration information please follow the steps bellow:

1. Login to our customers area from http://www.visagesoft.com/register/
2. Click on the orders history link at the left of the page
3. In the orders management page click on the search button for searching all orders posted to our system
4. When the list of orders is displayed locate your order and click on the order # for viewing the order details
5. The order details page shows the information needed for registering the products you have purchased under the section 'Registration Information'
