Lost registration information

SYMPTOM
I registered my copy of XXXXXXXX some time ago but recently I had to do a system recovery on my computer and now the copy of XXXXXXX says it is expired.

RESOLUTION

For finding your order and registration information please follow the steps bellow:

1. Login to our customers area from http://www.visagesoft.com/register/
2. Click on the orders history link at the left of the page
3. In the orders management page click on the search button for searching all orders posted to our system
4. When the list of orders is displayed locate your order and click on the order # for viewing the order details
5. The order details page shows the information needed for registering the products you have purchased under the section 'Registration Information'
